Famous people with drug and/or alcoholism problems make this list. We ONLY name people who have known alcoholism or addictions problems and/or have gone to rehab. If it makes the news and/or is acknowledged by the person himself we consider their anonymity broken and in the public realm. There is drug rehab with privacy for those people in the spot light or just want to keep their personal life personal. Sometimes people break their own anonymity in hopes to help others struggling with alcoholism and addiction. Other times they break their anonymity because their associated problems are already public record and well documented on shows like TMZ and magazine like people. It must really be tough to be an addict/alcoholic celebrity. RIP Seymour Philip Hoffman, you were one of us who never got the opportunity to be sober again.
